No. Currently, we only ship nationally within Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 it is a flat rate of $10.00.

Yes. please select Express Post before checking out. Please be aware that due to Covid 19,  Express Post delivery can not be guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days.

We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing returns@jinndi.com.au with the order number and an image or a detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 – 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.
